Oil Exploration Purchaser's Agreement |

| Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification | |
| This website provides earthquake forecast information for seismic imaging. You are purchasing one earthquake forecast for the purpose of oil exploration and seismic imaging at a fee of $97,000 per forecast, only; there are no guarantees other than a full refund if the forecast is incorrect (i.e. all three parameters of earthquake time, location and magnitude must fall within forecast limit simultaneously). You must indicate the latitude and longitude epicenter for the area, region, state or country for which the forecast is being purchased in the comments section of the next screen, if you agree to the following conditions. All Earthquake Forecasts sold to date have been 100% correct. Use at your own risk, earthquakes can and will kill! You must recognize and agree that no one can forecast or predict earthquakes with 100% accuracy in time, location and magnitude at all times and that this site presents a highly experimental method of forecasting with varying accuracy rates and no standards exist. You must make your own decisions regarding earthquake suitability for purpose, purchasing, renting or leasing geophones and seismic equipment, ships, personnel and workers, placement of the seismic equipment, earthquake protection at sea or on land for personnel and/or equipment, computer program for integrating the data, communications and print outs, including mapping images, as well as decisions regarding safety to evacuate, purchase insurance, supplies and other matters, based on your situation, for which neither www.earthquakeforecast.com, www.hurricaneforecast.com, EarthquakeForecast Services, nor any associates, affiliates, nor employees of the company accept liability in respect of any loss, damage, death, injury or other occurrence arising from the provision of any information provided on this website or use. Additionally, you must agree to hold the forecaster, Mary Ann Slaby, www.hurricaneforecast.com, www.earthquakeforecast.com, the company, EarthquakeForecast Services, the parent company, Synthetic Hydrocarbons, the internet service provider, America Online, the internet host, Hypermart, and Go2Net, the merchant provider and processing services, Charge.com, Network 1 Financial, and EFT Secure, and all parties associated with these forecasts harmless against all liability, including death, injury, damage of any kind, for any mistake, use, misuse omission or error, suitability of purpose, service, advise of insurance or any other matter included in the forecast itself or website, delay or failure to provide service, server failure, email failure or delay, in order to purchase this earthquake forecast service product. Should any dispute arise after the purchaser (including his representatives, attorneys, family, or counsel) agrees to these conditions, the purchaser waives all claims of liability against the www.earthquakeforecast.com, www.hurricaneforcast.com, EarthquakeForecast Services and any above mentioned associates and affiliates and the purchaser further agrees to pay all attorney fees, all court costs, preparation and defense fees of the Hurricane Forecast, EarthquakeForecast Services and those of any other parties, associate, or affiliates in any ensuing action. | |

There are no guarantees, explicit nor implicit, in these forecasts and/or predictions. The earthquake forecast information is provided for use in oil exploration and assisting in the management of individual safety and property protection by allowing preparation through expectation that there is a high probability that the event will occur during the time, location and magnitude range specified. Earthquakes are dangerous and employees must seek protection! At any time these earthquake forecasts should not be relied upon over officially disseminated warnings and information by the government, like the USGS, FEMA and/or Homeland Security. if the earthquake values do not fall within the ranges and limits of the
forecast sent to you by email Some quakes are better than
others for seismic mapping, so three quakes are recommended for the best
results. A sample forecast has the following format, consists of all
three variables:T, L & M, and below demonstrates how such earthquake energy can
replace the dynamite in oil exploration.
The newly discovered, super rich, Agbami Oil Fields is at a depth of 8,600-12,400 feet in the Gulf of Guinea. A Nigerian quake would have been capable of producing excellent 3 dimensional seismic images of the Agbami Oil Field Block 216 & 217. The seismic imaging method is able to produce 10 x the accuracy of the current shot & streamer method and at 1/10 the cost which usually runs in the cost range of $50 million. Earthquake Forecast Time: 3/17/05 +/- 3 days (3/14/05 - 3/20/05) Nigeria quake occurred on 3/19/05, thus this forecast would be accurate. Earthquake Forecast Magnitude: 5.0 +/- 1 on open ended Richter Scale (4.0-6.0). The Gulf of Guinea quake was a 4.6 and capable of producing an excellent image of the sub sea reservoir. Earthquake Forecast Location: 0oN/0oW +/- 15o radius (15oN-15S/15oW-15oE) The Gulf of Guinea quake epicenter was at 4oN/11oE so the forecast would be within limits, correct and easily imaged the field which is located at 3oN/6oE. As another example of earthquake forecast potential, huge oil reserves are suspected to exist around India. The Sumatra quake, if forecast for any purpose, besides also saving lives, could have beautifully imaged any and all fields in and about the Bay of Bengal and the tip of India. Earthquake Forecast Time: 12/24/04 +/- 3 days (12/21/04 - 12/27/04) Sumatra earthquake occurred on 12/26/04, thus this forecast would be accurate. Earthquake Forecast Magnitude: 8.0 +/- 1 on the open ended Richter Scale (7.0-9.0). That was a 9.0 (EMSC) and capable of producing an superb image of the sub sea reservoir in quite a few regions in less than 10 minutes. Earthquake Forecast Location: 0oN/90oE +/- 15o radius (15oN-15oS/75oE-105oE) The Sumatra Quake was at 3.3oN/95.98E so the epicenter would fall within the limits of the forecast and would be correct. You will use your own computer mapping program for integrating the geophones and seismic data, however programming is also available here at additional fee. You get a full refund if all three parameters are not correct simultaneously! Earthquakes are usually verified by either the USGS, EMSC and/or Kandilli, however other services may be used. There are no other guarantees, liability, insurances, protection or indemnification implied directly nor indirectly. The forecast will be e-mailed to you ONLY at the e-mail address you provide on the credit card purchase form , within 24 hours of confirmation of purchase. There are no refunds for any other reason. If you are otherwise dissatisfied, go elsewhere for more accurate service! |
